Hart is still a work in progress. He has a known weakness that he still hadn't fixed before the "break." Being out of the league for 2 years plus, it's difficult to expect him to sort that out in a hurry. His play on the ice mirrored the Flyers in that he was good enough to keep you from bottoming out but not good enough to get you into the playoffs.
