Callahan has regressed as a head coach. He is missing out on important game management details. Its obvious that Callahan is distracted from being both the play-caller and head coach. Perhaps an injured Will Levis was not entirely to blame for last seasons failures.

They did not want to change the culture so they picked Ward. We get what we get!! The GM and coaches must go. They made this mistake!! Year after year! No change from last year!
