“Good thing the game doesn’t count”, was how Rod Brind’Amour summed up the 4-2 loss to the Panthers. “Well, we learned how not to play”, was what Sebastian Aho said. But, for 40 minutes the Canes dominated the Panthers and it’s best that we just talk about that. So, let’s do that.
Canes Corner is presented by The Aluminum Company of North Carolina.

Dominated SOG and first two periods. And lose. Some things just never change. Regardless of the name on the sweater.
Put the rookie in goal for the third it's just preseason ittl be okay I loved what I saw tonight
It was a good showing and yes it's preseason but goaltending concerns me still. We used 5 goalies last year. Past Andersen I have concerns. Kocheckov has to be good because Primeau may be serviceable and after that it's not even close to adequate. Im also worried Aho is still pass first. I get he wants to set people up but he needs to shoot the puck.
So, you’re press for Carolina? Yet, you never speak to those you are constantly giving negative feedback against.
KK's skating looked better and that goal he scored was lightening quick. If that's how his shot is going to be going forward, then that's a major improvement and he will score more (presuming he plays more consistent over the year) this year
Goalied again—and by a backup tender.
