Agreed on all points. Only thing I’ll add is it’s time for Berggren to get a fresh start elsewhere. If you have to waive him do it but Finnie and Danielson need to be on the opening night roster. Here’s hoping Compher plays well enough to interest a team in his services.

Brian and Scott, I enjoy you guys, for years…but FFS are you able to have ONE hot take? Who would you rather have on your team just looking at that game; Bedard or Finnie? Finnie is faster and harder against the boards. He is absolutely the ONE to play alongside Larkin. Not even close. Danielson should be the 3rd line Center. Not even close, Copp ""Mr. dump and loiter" is no more than a 4th line filler. LGRW
The most outstanding player on the ice was ASP. His play is levels above anyone else in that game. His stats in this game doesn't reflect how good he is. His positioning and play without the puck is very very good as well.
I can't understand how players like Holl seem to be "given" on the RD before ASP.
