  1. I would like to see some real movement when it comes to NHL expansion. Several markets have expressed interest, and should be allowed to make presentations and apply. Come on Bettman, expand the league!

  2. If Phoenix can overcome a 20+ year long arena hurdle, I would welcome them back into the league!

  3. It the nhl goes back to Arizona, they'd have to add a team in the east.
Please don't go back to Atlanta for a 3rd time.
The league is big enough already. Leave it alone

  4. Isn’t the current arena in the area by Chase Field? I’m a believer in sports districts. If you have your arena & baseball stadium in one area, it makes more sense for the peripheral businesses like bars & restaurants to want to open in that area. Example Phoenix – those owners knew that between the Suns, Coyotes & Diamondbacks that there were enough days of foot traffic to turn a profit. Subtract those Coyotes 40 dates and that’s 40 less busy days. Days owners will struggle. Build a new arena elsewhere and the Suns may move too. Those ancillary businesses won’t be able to turn a profit on only 81 Diamondbacks games.
