I love how at 1:05 quick just looks off the puck to the far side of the ice for a cross ice threat when he knows it is moving from high to low with no shot chance. That awareness is part of what makes him so damn good.

Who’s here after Quick got disrespected by Rob Blake
this was the first year I started watching hockey. I did not know at the time I was getting to watch the tail end of the careers of Lindqvist and Brodeur, and a future legend Quick out playing the veterans. Glad I got to see some of those guys before they retired.
