  1. 9:26 I have to disagree with Ian here. Pat Brisson is one of the biggest names in the league in terms of agents. I don't think he's doing anything without Sid's permission

  2. 16:40 This is one of my favourite things that non English speaking players do lol. Several guys across the league do it apparently

  3. 22:16 I'm a big fan of how much time and effort I think this front office is putting into building back some burned and neglected bridges

  4. About time Markov was celebrated in MTL. I enjoyed this defenceman a lot he is like Price a hab in the heart and prooved it despite his injuries both have that in commun. I hoepe Carey will be present on that night in Mtl to share this special celibration.

  5. I just don't think Habs fans would be happy with trading what would be required to get Crosby. Two or more good prospects and some. Are we deluded enough to think we can just offer struble and a 2nd round pick? They would want two of Hage, Fowler and Reinbacher at a minimum. I don't think we get away with sending them Roy and a bunch of flowers sadly.

  6. agents if honest and competent never should get involved as spokeman unless the player authorises him. Personally not found of agents they are part of the reasons why those contract are costing NHL teams to rise for they have a cut in % of those contracts. and the way things are moving along now more and more fans cannot afford to go see there favorite team because ticket prices keep rizing??????? How much does it take to sucure your futur on this planert? we all know that hockey is suppose to tbe a team sport but how many 10 million a year players can one team afford to sign those long too long contracts? you need 4 good lines to go all the way to Stanley cup final. if the two first lines eat up the salary cap why call it a team sport? pay the eleite players a good salary yesss but 8 years is gambling for serious injuries can and will affect several of those high end players. Look at Edmundton we all know the top players over there and still not winning the stanley cup? bad contracts is a pain in the you know what? because a player hit the 30 goal a season in One season often the last year of his contract he is compared to be a 30 goal scorer and must be paid as such??? One year does not make a career? Bonus for having scored 30 gaol ok but long term because he has a year of 30 goals = bad contract in my book for many of those contracts. Consistancy is what evaluates the best the value of a player. example Sidney Crosby the example of examples. Under paid because the Sid the kid is not a greedy one he knows it takes 4 strong lines to win. He is the type of player that could of demanded 12 million a year and his stats back that despite all the injuries he has had.
