Frank Corrado: Why Rossi is a great fit in Vancouver. How Joshua will fit into the Leafs system

TSN’s Frank Corrado joins once again to talk about how Joshua may fit into Craig Berube’s system in Toronto and whether Vancouver will miss what he brings to the table. Frankie also addresses the stalemate between Marco Rossi and the Wild and whether teams might swoop back in, plus, he reiterates why there might be a better fit for him in Vancouver versus some other inquiring teams.

  1. Quit with the Rossi talk OMG!. Do not trade the future for an undersized center. Trades like that just demolish the future. This is just wash rinse repeat crap every week.

  2. Feels like there was a reason the wild barely played him in the playoffs. They’re not dumb. Could see this guy being decent in reg season and disappear in playoffs like petey

  3. Haha no one should take the takes in late July by pundits 😂 Great work Frank… but I trust the guys who are neck deep in this thing

  4. I'm not sure if it's been addressed lately but will Chytl be ok at 2c? Should we have traded Joshua? Can Demko stay healthy? Should we go after Rossi?

  5. Even before last season, Joshua came into camp out of shape and needed Tocchet riding him hard to get him to consistently show up. When he was playing on a line with Garland he was able to score a lot more, but I don't know if he's going to have someone on the 3rd line as good as Garland on the Leafs.

  6. So let's sell off all our hood prospects for a guy that's average at best just to plug a hole short term sounds like something our smart meddling owners would do

  7. Come on, we are small enough with Quinn, Garland, and Hoglander. The last thing we need is a smaller player like Rossi. This is the NHL, not the minors.

  8. rossi will be a great fit (should be #2 priority,if they can't get mac-t…roslovic 3rd backup bkacup option, & if none of the above possible? just promote from within; for 4th line fill-in for blueger: karlsson, sasson, aman, bloom

  9. Chytl motivation should be at an all time high, being called a gaping hole at 2C, by Blake Price, haha. The Canuck media motivational speaker, Filip who ? ( after 15 games played for the Nucks ).

  10. Connor Bedard is 5ft 10in and proving that playing center is a tough job on a smaller player regardless of skill level. Small forwards can have success on the wing but not center, hard pass on Rossi
