  1. No giving youth, forget that. Garland and Sasson OK to give. Mctavish is fifty plus point,, equal to Garland. Canucks GM is not nuts.

  2. if our GM has 100% confidence to resign Hughes, then Willander is tradable asset with alot of value,

If our GM expect Hughes will leave within Two years, then keep Willander is necessary 😅

  3. Any trade involving Pettersson makes the team look ridiculous for trading away Miller.. I seriously doubt McTavish is a 1C at this point in time, he’s playing more like a good 2C. The only benefits I see here is saving cap space, but he’s up for a new contract so savings might be about 4-5 mil per depending.

  4. if it took that long to finally sign willander why would they go back on it and trade him. if anything mancini and lekkerimaki is probs the ones theyd trade

  5. I don't see us getting Mctavish for 2 reasons first half the league could and would out bid us for him. Second Anaheim most likely won't trade Mctavish within the same division. We should actually try to get a Pavel Zacha or that type of player instead the acquisition cost would be cheaper and easier to get.

  6. D-Petey is really great for the blueline but he is no McTavish. Just give D-Petey for McTavish. I rather move someone like Hoglander, Joseph, or Forbort but you do what you have to do!

  7. ANA is not trading McTavish for picks and prospects… they have better prospects and young roster players…

They need a top pairing RHD. That is Hronek and nothing less gets them to trade a 23 year old 2C.

  8. Honestly with everything has been going on with Petterson what team will trade for him? He's good but also a liability, issue after issue with Petterson.

  9. This is totally dumb Anaheim would never make this trade petterson is a so so defender. Hell no I’m not even an Anaheim fan, but I wouldn’t even give this a thought what a garbage trade idea. It really is terrible. Of course Vancouver would do it because a potential number one center is better than both of those players.

  10. Imagine having JT Miller and Mactavish
    This team would be deadly
Too bad we won't be getting Mactavish unless Fake Chef Alviin gives up a lot
All we have are people's opinions like Frank Corrado but its fun to chat about

  11. Anaheim has made a commitment to compete and make the playoffs so there is no way they are trading McTavish. The team needs to increase the number of pucks they put in the net and getting rid of McTavish for a Defenseman is not going to help the Ducks.

  12. Picks and prospects are gambles, always, period. You ALWAYS trade them away for the sure thing, with proven track record. McTavish would solve SO MANY problems Canucks currently have painted themselves into… And they don't have a C in the system with anything like the potential of McTavish; they have several D's that have potential to develop. Either way, they're all a few seasons away from any chance of significant impact; McTavish impacts TOMORROW!

  13. Canucklehead DREAMERS. I thought Hab fans were blindly and dumbly devoted to the players they so overrate, but maybe Vancouver fans are just as ridiculous and u knowledgeable as Scabs fans
