I think them keeping the older uniform as an alternate is an added bonus too—sometimes change is good but you’ve got to allow fans to hold on to an honorable past as well!!
I think ditching the number outlines was a miss and I would have loved the STL icon on the shoulders, but these are good otherwise. Would have loved to see the numbers from this last winter classic make a return
Love that new alternate mark and the new typography (especially the second one, which looks like the type of font you might have seen on a ragtime album)
The baby blue looks bad. Blues had one of the most classic looking uniforms & logo sets in the game and this skinny note & wings just isn't doing it for me.
I just hope Boston does theirs right and doesn’t f—k it up trying to be too busy—the ‘81 to ‘95 look is perfect in my opinion…some great players wore that uniform (Neely, Bourque, Poulin, Moog, etc. + I think it’s an added bonus that Happy Gilmore 2 will be released to complement this change! ⛳️

I miss the cream
As a blues fan, these are amazing. 9.5/10. Only thing it’s lacking is an outline or a stroke around the numbers and letters on the back and sleeves.
