I tried to buy a JVR jersey twice towards the end of the season because A) its kinda funny and B) he just seems like a good dude. Both times the order got canceled by the seller. If they resign him, I will 100% be getting one no matter what it takes… as long as its under ~ $150. I have my limits for meme expenses.
Jokes aside, i really do feel like the kids played better whenever theh were paired with JVR. Sure, there were a few moments of "Wooo! A break away! Wait. Its JVR. At least he tried." But he did score on one of those. He just understands the game very well. Hes not fast, hes not the most skilled, but he knows exactly what to do and when. Id be thrilled to have him back.
Maybe a hot take but I’d rather trade sillinger and/or Jenner before chinakov. I just feel like there’s so much upside
