I think you & Kyper are both being a bit melodramatic about this subject. I suspect what Kyper is calling "wanting out,' is actually 'wanting to see what he can get on the open market. Can't blame the guy.

It's not that no other team wanted him, it's that he wouldn't sign an extension with buffalo or Winnipeg, so they couldn't get anywhere near market value for him. Just saying.
