As a Rangers fan I can't help thinking of how we heard the same things about Alexis Lafrenière. Sure, you can argue that he's a good player, but definitely not a #1 pick.
The impressive thing about Misa is just his versatility. His vision is good, his passing is good, he can rip shots from bad passes, his defensive awareness is incredible. A lot of top prospects usually specialize in one or a few areas. Misa got it all and should become a top tier player in the league. Reminds me a lot of Toews, just a complete player in all 3 zones.
