[Music] the moment we’ve all been waiting for unobstructed views for the Boston Bruins we have the captain Patrice berson we’ve got two tuar rasque over here myself Andrew rro we’re going to talk Bruins hockey we’re going to watch them play the Dallas Stars fellas few weeks of planning and we made it here we are I’m actually excited to be doing this guys yes he’s got notes like we’re we’re we’re prepared we are well prepared we are putting our reputations on the line and we are picking stars tonight Bergie you’re first well I think it’s only fitting for a first show that I go with my partner in crime for the last 15 years to a call Mr obious here but he just got called out by his coach uh when you’re looking for someone to you know Step Up is he’s always there as a heartbeat of the of the team so I’m going with my boy marshy he’s going to be that guy every game do this every unobstructed Mary all right I kind of was thinking outside the box a little bit since he stole my pick I was going to pick Mary by the way uh I got Freddy friend Frederick I think he’s gonna he’s playing the third line today he’s going to step up maybe mixing a fight uh hopefully a goal too so expecting big things out of uh Trent Frederick I like it stepping up Trent Frederick well TK and I we stayed away from the goal tending sway played great on the road trip he’s going to be great tonight I went pavl zaka so I’m going going for that second line zaka moving down I think him and potra are going to find a little chemistry and zacha is going to get on the board after not being there for the last five games I like it this is an interesting one not that any of you have ever done anything wrong but they were wondering if you ever experienced a coach’s wrath ever in front of the entire team I mean yes a million per yeah um I probably more than these two guys one day well actually once I got it real bad uh in in Boston actually when I was playing for Toronto and I had a bad first and Paul Maurice came in and just tore a strip off of me I played good the rest of the game and we won so it worked out did on make the coach makes make and and I’m sure Paul marce to this day still thinks like you see him do his press conferences now he’s he’s not try to take credit for things cuz that’s the thing right guys care like you we we’re the first one to know when we are not playing well yeah yeah but um when you get called out it’s like okay I got to pisses you off a little bit and then it’s not a bad thing I don’t mind it no you need it once in a while I feel goalies are kind of like not off limits but they don’t get it as much as players cuz like true they want May a little sensitive about it come on yeah that’s right you got to you got to really pick your spot with a four on four action what four on four what was the strategy when you and Marshy got out there four on four Patrice just go or have plays let him go let him go follow him up he’s very notorious for beating four guys all up by himself especially on a PK actually that’s what I there it is let’s go yeaha doesn’t miss those he’s like I can’t believe you guys didn’t pick night I’ll prove it to you for sure they have the light feed in the lock watch yeah oh yeah oh no we’re going to hear about this for you guys will definitely be hearing about this tomorrow so that’s why he picked Mar like might be the easiest goal David’s ever scored other than an empty he always makes it look easy but yes look at that read what a read thank you that is a 37 type read right there all right that’s what the Great start great start all around really so uh what’s bruan wants to know we here at what’s bruan have been looking forward to him working with Jackson Edward down in Providence thoughts on the growth of his game since signing joining the AHL and during camps this season yeah um been looking forward to to Jackson turning pro and uh it’s Unique like it’s it’s a different situation when you can actually get guys to Providence because you can get on the ice with them regularly um coaching staff in Province do a great job Ryan Mell Matt Thomas and um CH Whitfield and the video coach Nick ner there so um you know they’re able to start like I was saying earlier we don’t really I get out not really able to talk about systems and specifics that way what they get to Province we’re able to start working on more system specific stuff that is going to be expected when they get called up um so that’s it’s neat to kind of to do that continue to build relationships where you see guys more regularly and um yeah just pour into guys help them help them hopefully get to uh to their ultimate goal we we all got there we all had mentors that helped us helped us get there and we all know how great of an experience it is and and lifestyle and um you want you want to see guys get to experience that especially here in Boston how how amazing it is here being a brew so you knew well they’re not they are not right you knew they were going to we just didn’t hope it wasn’t going to be it does it’s they’re getting into the Zone everyone’s all over like you got two it’s cuz there two guys two fours on one side someone needs a close oh well all right well now like you were just talking about hey we came back from 41 before right oh we go oh we did we did yeah you score I just got lucky I mixed in one save maybe two yeah that’s three Power Play Goals with three penalties there in the second it’s a killer that’s to like if you’re like in the let’s go bra Freddy Freddy Freddy’s getting the night FL for this like he went from like hockey announcer to boxing on trying to find his win th try to shake loose a lot of my fights sound a lot better than they were I I didn’t I appreciate it right right now we got we for into the game is that you literally 4 seconds third fight it is and then this is qu is like well let me get into this too yeah is that was that you that asked do you remember or how did it play out such a like it’s as staged as it all seemed it I it just kind of happened yeah no I oh yeah so that’s the second broken face like literally two guys got their orbital bone broke in that in that first per then was F coming up right and yeah bur right uh yeah bur and then like we went into the room and it was just like it was so it I like for whatever reason again like I didn’t know I’d ever come back and sit on this hanging out with you guys like I was in Boston but I was out and but it was like the CR like I remember exactly what that room felt like and how demoralized we were as like NHL hockey players at the end of that perod we were just everyone was beat up and looking at each other like couldn’t wait to get out of the rink you talk about can’t wait to to get out of a ring some nights that was that was bad what about this one Bob over under 36 wins why are we talking about the panther so it moves the needle um Bob’s not getting 36 cuz uh he just won’t play enough games yeah I was going to say the same thing they’re going to night they they’ll pull back his minutes a little bit follow my fellow gold and and we can’t give Florida Panthers any more flowers than we have already this true but I want to ask my goalkeepers a question Toka Razer what’s up all right all right in the years that you guys had 36 wins did you feel un like unbeatable unblock like no one can score on you like how did that feel some of those nights I did no but how many games did I played like 70 games yeah that’s exactly I guess I should have had 36 should have had if I play 50 and at 36 that’s pretty good yeah the lenus all Mark 40 in 48 games right banana land thanks okay halfway through the third Bruin still down two four to2 score we got the wheel out though the wheel of Destiny here tkes is fired up he is ready to take a line change and he’s ready to spin I got State my case why this team yes you do and you get the Florida Panthers again no that’s some Florida Panthers budy he get to talk about them more I love it why are they going to win well they won last year they pretty much have the same team uh it’s tough to repeat but I think they have the dep to do it there you go enough started yeah I’m just pulled up the standings they’ve started 43 and one so they’re right there where the Bruins are me Patrice yeah go ahead all right we go oh the Dallas Stars that is convenient as we’ve been watching them now for 52 minutes um they’re deep they’re big they’re strong they have a lot of their special teams are pretty good especially tonight uh and they have pedigree they’ve gone to the Conference Finals the last couple of years so not to mention Jake AER great goenda round when necessary all right my turn what are you holding what do you want who do you want Bruins they’re not on the list oh marshy oh he missed the the Panthers again no you got the Devils New Jersey Devils I wasn’t paying attention bad host the devil with that Devils great young players a young core uh coming up I think now they’re getting older getting to to a phase in their career where they you know they want to win um and I think they went to get U great goaling which is always helpful in the playoffs um but you know it’s going to be a tough tough task having to go through the the Rangers before they can actually like think about the Conference Finals it’s not going to be easy well fellas we pulled it off yes yeah well done this was fun it was fun that was fun good start for us a we’ll get a win next time we’ll get a win next time and really enjoy
