As a Panthers fan, I’m just hoping game 7 is a clean game with little to no controversy. It’s been a battle, just let the guys play hockey and see what happens. My Cats had their turn so I won’t be devastated if the Leafs end up winning. They’re the division winners for a reason. Will it finally be their turn? It’d be interesting to see how far they can make it. Won’t be surprised if it goes to OT. May the best team win.

People need to realize how good Florida is. To go 7 games with these team is a MASSIVE improvement for them. Last years team gets dumped on in 5. Give them their flowers 💐

I hate to be the one to mention this, but even I, who predicted the Leafs collapse AFTER the game 2 win, bet on the Leafs last night to win, because losing 4 straight was just too painless. It was like getting the death penalty & dying from lethal injection. The Leafs loss must be an epic Game 7 loss involving Marchand or some epic 3rd period blown lead. Had they lost last night, most Leafs fans were resigned to losing. Now with renewed hope, it will be that much more painful when they lose!

Honestly that hook penalty in the 3rd probably saved the game for the Leafs. Good penalty to take, especially when you consider the Leafs penalty kill last night

I think in Barkov's defense: Matthews was bent over in the faceoff dot with him and the stick came up. That one is harder to call Id argue than the other high stick (which on the replay is objectively funny 😂)

The refs in this game, series and the entire playoffs has been terrible. This is what happens when there are different rules for season and playoffs. The refs don't even know what to call.

Laughton was awesome doing many small things creating chances, max pacioretty was clutch, matthews got the monkey off his back, willy had chances. WoLL kept them in The game in the 2nd bc they looked flat , Tavares was good . Tanev a fuckin savage ,Simon Benoit big hits . Knies hurting but still giviner.. team stuck with it and won. Great win they have a chance boys !!!
Always a great accomplishment when a new expansion team finds its footing and challenges a defending Stanley Cup team. Expansion teams in the future will remember this seven game series…
