Leafs in 6 baby let’s go
The Leafs are the best defensive team in the playoffs. 5 on 5 “analytics” is misleading. They play passive when they have the lead which is most of the time. They don’t push for offence when they are winning. Ottawa scored 3 goals against the Leafs in regulation only one game (ignoring empty net goals). The only reason Florida steamrolled Tampa was because they had third worst starting goaltending performance in the playoffs. Only Oilers and Jets were worse starting goaltending. I watched the entire series. Florida did not dominate at all. Toronto media and their fans are overhyping Florida and they are underestimating Toronto. Florida is banged up and tired. The longer the series the better for Toronto.
