It was clear that Hulkamania had gotten stale by this point.
Prior to his heel turn, there are only a few times in WCW where Hogan was able to capture the old magic he had in the 80s.
This match with Vader was one of those times.
This is actually more complete than the old Network version!

Glad to see that the opening ten minutes were restored. There appeared to be tape damage on the master on the old WWE Network version and it began at around 9:45. It appears that the home video master was used to cover the damaged section. You can hear the audio skip slightly at 9:54 where it resumes from the live broadcast.
They honestly missed out on a Vader vs savage match .
The tag match finish was really confusing. The Commentators didn't even acknoledge why Harlem heat retained their titles or had no clue what so ever. I honestly thought the 2nd ref came in he was disqualifying Nasty Boys cuz Sherri used a shoe.

Wcw was really good here with their Young talent. Main problem, too many wwf guys at the time in this company that didn't need to be there.

Loved the WWF more, but I also loved the WCW, healthy competition pushing competitors that made this era what it is, pure classic, will never be replicated, but will live for eternity, keep pumping these classics out.

Got to say, Vader is a reel good guy heel… Noticed during his entrance, the kid with the Vader mask he exchanged barks with and the guy throwing up the V, he bumped hands with.
No way Im the only one that thinks the Sting and Macho match was the best match on the event.

The booking is all screwed up for the feud.Vader should have gone over Hulk this night…and the next PPV.
Hulk could have won the belt back at Bash at the Beach.That's how you build a mega heel for the baby face to over come.
