With the Winnipeg Jets having back-to-back games this weekend – a road game on Saturday @ Chicago, and a home game today on Sunday vs Edmonton, I think the Edmonton Oilers heard about the Jets' road win over the Chicago Blackhawks yesterday, that for the Oilers' road game today, they decided to give the Jets, who are the home team today, a taste of their own medicine.

If you’re a true Oil fan then you should not be rooting against Skinner regaining his form or completely writing him off. You should be wishing he can get back to the same form that brought him to game 7. Yes he’s had a rough season but can you honestly say every goal he let in was completely his fault? No. When the Oil play proper defence, bad goals don’t happen as often. Even the goal let in today, no Oiler is getting in the face of the Jet sitting right in front of the net.

That second goal was BS. Soon as Tanev touched the puck the play should have been whistled dead. Oilers did not have control of the puck at that moment and there's an injured player on the ice. The lopsided reffing has already begun. The Kings better play super clean or they'll be sitting in the box the entire series.
