    I'm not sure Geno made the right move. I might rather play for Carroll – but i wouldn't rather play for the Raiders in a stacked AFC West.

    Smith is a head hanger. Kyler Murray is head hanger. You will notice with this disease that when they make mistakes, they start hanging their head and seldom able to come back. This disease usually to the players are highly competitive.

    The reality is even though Pete and Geno are big improvements over last year, the Raiders still have the worst coach and QB in their division. That’s not normally a recipe for success.

    Take a closer look at the stats last year between both players and you will see Sam darnold was considerably better quarterback especially under pressure.

    Florio always acting like it's his money. He's still bitter since the Raiders embarrassed his Vikings back a long time ago in a Super Bowl.

    Regardless of the exact numbers, the fact Geno is making 10s of millions at this point of his career is not something anyone would have predicted 5 years ago.

    Geno Smith is hardly an upgrade over Minshew. The Raiders will get swept by the AFC West for the second consecutive season and win maybe 4 games. But maybe that is the plan.

    One thing that hasn't been reported on enough is this deal may be comparable to what he would get in seattle maybe even less but he is getting the deal in a no income tax state. He's actually making more money than what he would have taken in Seattle.
