This year is no surprise to me, but what IS a bit shocking is the number of Rangers who regressed…Badly !!
It is paramount for a Fruitful future to clean house and begin anew with prospects and draft assets. Panarin, Kreider, Zibanejad must be moved. I stand firm on my belief that Igor should be moved. His is a big contract, and his skills will erode quickly standing on his head every game.

Apparently many Canuck players were seriously pissed off when JT was traded instead of Pettersson. A trade that would really get me excited would be if Drury traded Laviolette & a 1st for Brind"Amour or Maurice.
There was an old myth that had Satan saying : Better to rule in Hell than kneel in Heaven.
Without intruding religion into hockey, JT Miller might well have figured out that he'd be 3d fiddle in Colorado behind MacKinnon, Makar (and Landeskog when he returns).
But in NY, he gets 1st line, and either he or best pal Trocheck gets Captain position.
