  1. I was in Houston during the Houston Oilers "Luv ya blue" days. Then Bud Adams stole them and took them to Tennessee, changed their name and kept the licensing to the old uniforms. I call this dysfunctional karma.

  2. The GM did a terrible job by drafting Mr. Mayonnaise Will Levis, let Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill go as free agents, Fired Vrabel, and hired Brian Callahan who had the most penalized team in the NFL

  3. Why tf would Vrabel take the dumpster fire that is the Patriots job?!? He's got real options & the Jags or Bears each have some talented players on their teams, they each probably have their franchise QB already & each should be much easier to turn around than the Patriots. I don't think Vrabel wants anything to do with the Patriots, especially after seeing how they treated Belichick his last few years & Mayo during his one season

  4. This is why the Titans are perpetually dysfunctional. They got rid of a very good GM in Jon Robinson and chose a GM that was not ready with Carthon over a proven coach in Vrabel. Now they get rid of Carthan but keep the coach, who is also in over his head. Oh and the President of Football Operations, which is a page straight out of the NBA playbook, is essentially the GM, which was probably the plan all along.

Adams-Spawn has no clue on what she is going, and yet Nashville just gave her and her team over a billion dollars for a new stadium.

My gosh Steve McNair was much better than I thought. He and Eddie George carried this sorry franchise.

Is the AFC South the most dysfunctional division in all of professional sports? The Texans were dysfunctional until Cal McNair's wife stepped in and essentially told her husband to hire DeMeco Ryans. The Colts will remain dysfunctional until Jimmy Irsay croaks. The Jags did what the Titans just did, but in reverse. They fire the coach yet keep a terrible GM in Baalke.

    Dysfunctional teams do dysfunctional things.

  5. I just don't understand why Callahan ever got the job. Why did he get that job? Burrow? We all know Burrow is the reason that team wins, and it's not because of his coaches in Cincinatti. The backup doing well last season? Come on… Titans are my second favorite team, and there was almost no point in watching them this season – they were arguably unwatchable. That was true when they had the Whizzinator as coach, too. It's like they're scripted to stay a poverty franchise.

  6. Titans just exist to fill a slot in league. The team has no history, no culture. Honestly I can’t remember the last time the team was relevant ever.

  7. I think finding a front office who all agrees on everything is completely unrealistic. I mean there can be a consensus sure but that consensus will also include people who thought the opposite side.

  8. Drop Callahan now, before he "F's" up the draft- don't give into the QB hype-Sanders will be Jameis Winston at best, Ward will Josh Johnson at best- trade back, grab the best O-line tackle, make a play for JJ McCarthy and grab Jaxson Dart in the 2nd- finish with veterans to fill the gap, Ran got himself fired by the way, look at the moves he did and look at the record for the last 2 yrs, its a no brainer, now Callahan still being there, scratching my head, his Dad has failed at he O-line as well-

  9. Who knows the HC n GM could not have been getting along. Making ownership pick a side. But it’s just easier for ppl on the outside say whatever want n believe that’s what happened cause we were there! 😂

  10. They disintegrated for 2 of those years under Vrabel, you forgot to mention that when slobbing the dude. How convenient.

  11. Must suck to be a beat writer. In the 24 hours after a GM gets sacked you do a bunch of journalism to understand the where and why, to review the history that led to the moment. then some arrogant national hack, who acts like he knows better than everybody, copies your story and research 48 hours later for some cheap content. That this guy still has a show is beyond me.

  12. Some NFL teams are nothing more than a tax benefit for the owner. I’ve learned the Titans are one of them. It would take a whole new roster and a whole ownership change to change the culture of the Titans. Truly the Mud Dogs of the NFL

  13. Titans are a small market team and easy to pick on. Not buying the narrative about breaking the Rooney rule. That’s a stretch.
