I DON’T Want Ovechkin to Break Gretzky’s Record (WWE Style)

As Alexander Ovechkin has slowed down in his struggle to reach Wayne Gretzky’s NHL goal scoring record (894 career goals in the National Hockey League), I’m here to say why I might be the only one who’s happy about it. OVECHKIN: I’m callin’ you out, boy! In WWE – or World Wrestling Entertainment style – I discuss Ovechkin’s season, his struggles against former foe Sidney Crosby, and his future… in this HEART-WRENCHING wrestling promo. The beginning of a feud you won’t want to miss… #nhl #hockey #alexanderovechkin

  1. Maybe it’s the hockey beer this evening, maybe it’s the players I like to watch, it could even be the fun and evil tone of the video.

    Either way, I like it.

  2. Somone finally said it. Man just stands still waiting for one timers for more than half the game. There are a lot of players who could do that if they had the gaul to just stand there like a statue all game. But your comment about OV being a better goal scorer than Gretzky is just asinine, I'm sorry. He was putting up 120-160 assists per season at one point in his career. Gretzky was a fundamentally unselfish player who could have scored a lot more goals if he had been more selfish. OV took way more shots than Gretzky too.

  3. If Gretzky really cared about scoring goals he would’ve passed 1000 goals but Gretz was a team player if he had the chance on passing the puck to someone who has a clear shot he would’ve done it.

While Ovi is not that much of a team player he needs the team in order to score and Gretzky is the whole team
