Samsonov is a dumpster fire. Washington saw he wasn’t a capable goalie, and he got lucky last year with a more capable defensive team
He wasnt that great but neither is the defebsive sushem of the leafs apparently cause the lightning have that puck on a string
The Lighting were never able to set up their first line in the Leafs zone after pulling Sammy. When they tried later the Leafs were finally able to prevent them. Why can they not do that in first 10 minutes of these games. They have let Sammy take the blame for their bad play in both games…
