   As much as I appreciate the modern NHL and some of the changes and protections in place for players… god damn do I miss this.

   You want your team to bond? Send them out to a war on the ice every night and watch how fast they’ll get each other’s backs.

   Douggie would have broken Marchand’s nose, rode 4 minutes in the box, and then came back out and scored.

    Now you can’t even get the players to fight, let alone the goalies! Absolutely loved Felix the Cat.
