Probably the smartest thing our FO has done in a while, choose the staff yourself and not just let the coach bring his boys with them. Not only does it allow a “war room” approach but its essentially a tryout for HC jobs.
This team has been dying for some structure which we havent had since torts 11 years ago. Sucks it took 3 tenures of coaches to see that freestyling aint it
