  1. Hey Clay, I remember from one of your video that you wife is born and raised in the Philippines? So is she a Filipina?

  2. Im thinking will canucks go 14 forwards or 8 defenders or just 13 and 7? If they do 14 i could see Hoglander and hawryluk as the two extra alternative guys. I really hope they will not go with Sven or Loui since i see no future with them. And on D i think top6 is there already. Maybe benn will be number 7 even if i would prefer rafferty or rathbone. I think its to quit around rafferty.

  3. To me i hope they dont bring Podkolzin for the playoffs and waste a year on his Rookie contract. We wasted a year for Hughes because we needed him to play 5 games at the end of the year for no reason. Just thinking about money wise.

  4. They wouldn't waist there time on Hollander if he wasn't going to make the team. Training camp is to short for wasted moves.

  5. Hey Clay, thx for the update. Can’t wait until the season starts up. So curious how the team will work with all the changes.

  6. They need to sign someone like Hoffman so they can have hoglander hughes horvat hammonic Hoffman and holtby all on at the same time

  7. Critical year for Juolevi. It's time for him to take the next step in his development. He's got competition nipping at his heels and these guys may soon surpass him if they haven't already. I realize d-men can take a bit of time but 5 years is quite a long time. A shortened and strange season might be Juolevi's best shot at earning a spot. Thanks Clay…looking forward to tonight's chat with Hot Take Hockey!

  8. hope Nils Highlander joins the team because he is much better than people generally think.
    Höglander = Highlander

  9. Very exciting to see both Hoglander and Juolevi working in opening night roster positions. I think it will be really good to get them this extended look in the 21 season to build for 21-22.
