Alex Tuch wasn’t happy with this hit by Brady Tkachuk so he took him out behind the play, leading to a fight.
Tuch was called for interference, and Tkachuk got an instigator for the fight. But nothing was called for the original Tkachuk hit on Tuch. Should there have been? Have your say!

Pfft, why even make a video about it.
That's 2 minutes for roughing. The hands don't belong up there.
roughing
Can’t wait until there’s a 3-way rivalry between these two teams and Detroit. Great division
charging, head hit, embellishing and instigating in 10 seconds
Goon at his finest
I’d say that’s more of a hard shove than a hit
This is what I'd expect from the Senators, completely trash organization with no respect from real fans of the sport. It's pretty telling that first you can't even tell your starting goalie he's not playing the 3rd and one of the players has to do so, but then this was just really showing of what the Ottawa Senators really are. A bunch of goons who can only beat garbage teams and when they face real teams they can't win. I'm expecting their season to be over by December, the way it's been since 2018. Only guy I feel bad for in Ottawa is Eugene Melnyk, he didn't deserve this shit show.
Somehow Tkachuk avoided a suspension, even though he clearly targeted Tuch's head. Some days i have no idea what the NHL DPS is watching.
Head tap.
Yeah, that should have been a 2 minute minor for charging. There's a clear 5 strides and a jump into contact. He uses his hands to make sure he gets some contact as Tuch dodges. I don't know really think this deserves anything more than a 2 minute minor though.
It's like the nhl refuses to learn from countless past mistakes. We've seen idiots like this constantly in the history of the nhl and eventually Matt and his brother will end someone's career or worse and people will be shocked and ask why the nhl put up with their shit for so long
