  1. Pearson > Anderson. Put him on the 2nd line and I think Slaf and Newhook will be the best line until there is a 3rd guy on the Cole Suzuki line

also hope you get well soon.

  2. I agree 💯 tropical I'm also sick of pp bashing Slaf, he's looking better and better every game I've always been nothing but excited to have him and if the psycho fans don't crush his spirit to the point of wanting a trade like kk, which btw is having a great start to his season so far in Carolina, how nice would it be to have him right now eh? Lol but good for you tropical, keep calling these toxic idiots out! Great game last night go habs go!

  3. Slaf committed a ton of turnovers last game, 2 turnovers in his own zone in one shift. He needs to find his game with a brief stint in Laval, like Caufield & KK did.

  4. Slaf is improving. I definitely see an improvement from last season. Would it be better if he played in Laval last year? I have no idea. Habs management didnt seem to think so, so i will trust their judgement.
That being said, development is not linear, and at some points a player can even take a step back before taking 2 steps forward.
Slaf will take some big steps, but my guess is it will most likely happen when he hits his early 20s (22-23).
A lot of players who turn into solid NHL players dont even play in the NHL until 20.
I dont think most habs fans think he will be a bust, but the few that do are doling so out of ignorance.

  5. Not worried about Slaf. Huge upside in talent, he’s big, and has a great attitude. The rest will come. He’s better of up with the big team under the watchful eye of MSL. Let’s be patient

  6. Just let the wingers play their on their natural side. All this BS because Marty shoot left but played right wing. It's not for everybody Marty.

  7. Speaking development only, Slaf should have been kept in the minors last year and the first part of this year. Now the harm is already done and we can't go back.

  8. The main reason some people want him in Laval, including myself, is not because we are hating on him, nor because we don’t see points… it’s because we believe that’s what is best for his development. Much love, thank you for your videos!

  9. Slafkovsky improved a lot, but honestly I feel like he is still a bit too lost on the ice, he doesn't seem to find open space very much and gets too few touches on the puck. I'm satisfied with his passing and strength though. We are not in a rush, so it's not like it's that big of a deal. I'm not sure Laval would be optimal for him, though I wouldn't say it would be disastrous either. I'm ambivalent towards him.

The difference with Caufield is that even when Caufield was not scoring points, he was an actual threat 24/7 and creating a lot of opportunities. I think Slaf is not even remotely close to the level Caufield was playing at when he first came in the league.

  10. Well he said a couple accurate things and that is YES points are NOT all that matters. Now having said that then he goes on a long tirade talking about POINTS …lmao.SO which is it pts or how a player is playing as a TEAM player?
My opinion is not even an opinion it is FACT Slafkovsky is a terrible player in his own nd one of the worst I have ever seen. Now one of his problems is the same problem as other forwards and that there is too much puck watching instead of looking over their shoulder or looking around for players moving in out of their vision.
This creates a whoel other topic about TEAM players and 2 way players would Slaf learn more in Laval either way is a legit argument however if I am not mistaken Slaf would have to clear waivers so in reality he has been gifted a long term spot on the team weather he can play 2 way hockey or learn anything does not matter.
So he mentions "patience"do you realize these guys have been playing hockey for 10 years maybe more with high level coaching so yeah if they haven't learned how to play proper positionally or in their own end by now they likely never will.

  11. Digestive system imbalance ? Try 4 tablespoons sauerkraut every second day for a week and you will be back to normal – this is especially applicable when taking anti biotics which kill germs but the good ones too. Sauerkraut will put them back. Homemade sauerkraut is easy to make and is the best of all but it takes time to ferment.

  12. No one down in laval is better then Slaf. we should stop talkign about Laval and Slaf in the same sentence…

if you say Roy. Roy is perfect exactly where he is right now. leave him alone.
