For a moment there, I thought Peter Forsberg was coming out of retirement.
The Tampa Bay lightning have made us fans proud both on and off the ice on a regular basis. Especially in the Vinik era, the philanthropy and community support has been visible and prevalent.
I've heard on podcasts that Michkov is a selfish with no work ethic. Maybe this is more to it than just SKA not playing him.

I have a bad feeling about this… Hope not, but I think this could weigh Hughes down tremendously; mark these words if his pt totals and play diminish… all for the sake of being a "team leader"? He already leads by example, and has nothing further to prove to anyone except getting better on the ice, in his game. Why distract Quinn away from that? I don't like the gut feeling one little bit. Good luck with the decision; I hope it works out; we'll NEVER know, because we'll NEVER see how good Hughes COULD HAVE BECOME without the nonsense distraction.
