Curious to see who will be brought in with Risto and Staal both out. I think it’d be more fun to see Attard in the lineup but I’m guessing Ginning will get the first call up

I’m hoping for Attard. He has more skill then ginning and looked 100% ready for a bottom pairing NHL role. We’ve had him for awhile now and at 25 we need to see if he can do something with 5-10 games in the NHL. If he sucks, oh well. Tweener bust it is and then bring ginning up till Risto is back.

Is the obvious answer for who to bring up not Victor Mete? Did he look that bad in camp/preseason? The guy is 25 years old so he still has room to grow as a defensemen and has played essential his entire pro career thus far in the nhl not the ahl on other teams. He’s played 247 nhl games to only 18 ahl games since leaving juniors and I’m willing to bet some of those games were coming back from various injuries
