Nah we are NOT about to start a Sutter apologist tour. Yeah, we still suck. That doesn’t mean Darryl shouldn’t have been fired. He chased our two stars out of town and then started punching down at our young players and benched them in favour of slow old plugs. Coaching was not the ONLY problem, but it was still a problem that needed to be addressed and Conny made the right decision firing him. I think Huska was a mistake though, should’ve been Love.

I don’t know why everyone is shitting on Brad lately. The teams two best players decided they didn’t want to be here. The Chucky trade looked awesome at the time. Even if you thought Huberdeau over performed in Florida I don’t think anyone could have predicted him looking this bad, and he got a top pair dman on top of that. The Kadri signing is looking quite terrible, but he played pretty much as expected last year and his contract should be easy enough to overcome were it not for all of the other issues.
