    Finnie had 3 assists last night and Danielson had two. Decent night in the WHL

    Finnie might be a guy. I remember Draper or someone saying he was in a 4th line role and they expected him to take a huge jump. He’s now playing 1st line and looks good.

    Alright, devils (1-1-1)are possible contenders this season and we held our own against them, could’ve won with a little luck. Looking like not an ideal start for them.

    Tampa (1-2-1) is likely a playoff team (but not a great start for them) and we beat them.

    Cbj (1-2-0) is the first team we played that we really should’ve been better than and we very obviously were, completely shut them down.

    Now the pens (2-1-0), another maybe playoff team with some very good but aging players, good measuring stick for us.

    Also just for fun, our record is the same as the sens (2-1-0) and better than the sabres (1-2-0).

    The whole chl-nhl agreement is dumb. It’s all about money and not about what’s actually best for someone’s development (which is the entire point of the chl). Preaching to the choir here but I’ve just been thinking about it for a while now, it just seems so backwards.
