Really wish they would keep their foot on the gas in the 3rd period with a lead but that has been their MO back to the Trotz days. Aside from that it was pretty much a perfect game.

Gotta be Sorokin’s easiest shutout. Every single pass the Coyotes attempted just did not connect. They looked night and day in their previous 2 games compared to tonight. 14 SOG lmao

A few more aisles goals would’ve been cool, but it’s always fun to win! A couple of thoughts…
– Holmstrom was fantastic. As he gets even more comfortable playing top 6 minutes, that line is gonna be nasty. He’s really shown so far why Lane trusts him on that line.
– Forecheck was great, especially in the final 40 minutes. Very difficult for Arizona to get out of their own zone.
– Like others have mentioned, good on Dobson for having a strong game. The defense as a whole was excellent as well.
– I love Ilya Sorokin so much
