  1. Reimer played beautifully, more than what we asked for and our offense stayed hot! The defense looked solid against a lesser offense in the Blue Jackets, we simply were the better team for a full 60 minutes. Everyone played great 😎

What did you guys think of the CBJ game?

  2. I was at the home opener! The horn sounded a lot like the Joe, and it definitely had that punch like it hit you inside and out!

Also, it's the same model of horn as the Joe, run with an air compressor instead of gas. Along with positioning, building acoustics, and number of horns, you've got several reasons it doesn't sound the same.

  3. This team stays healthy and plays like they have this first few games the majority of the season, and a playoff run is a certainty
Love the horn ! LGRW 🤘

  4. I love the goal song, it sounds so disrespectful to the other team for some reason lol. But didn't the wings used to have a different song for each goal? Like in the late 90s? That'd be coo. But, detroit rock city is my #1 choice

  5. I don't know why the Red Wings would lower themselves to a recording of a dying seal rather than finding a real horn for a Goal, until now. It might be 6 years late, but I thought the new Horn was great! Here's to a Fun hockey season…Go Wings !! 😜

  6. The horn was awesome! It’s definitely not the same as the Joe so I’m not sure why they even said that to begin with, but it gave me goosebumps (I’m a goal horn nerd like Josh lol)
The podium was there for show. The real button is up by Erich Frieny (the announcer)
All in all a 9/10 from me!

  7. Should not just be a clip of the song play it after. I think kid rocks bawitda song would be better goal song. MY NAMEEEEEEEEEE IS KIDDDDDDDDDDDDD, KID LARKIN BAWITBADABANGDABANGDIGGIE

  8. When you're down by two, DeBrincat scores (again), Eminem starts playing, and Seider looks over at your bench and says, "cry more," you're going to get tilted. Hard.

    This song is psychological warfare.

  9. They got a goal horn thats great. Not a red wings fan but the fans deserve a real goal horn rather than a crappy recording. Now all thats left to make Little Ceasers arena Perfect is to add “Hockeytown” back onto center ice and play the hockeytown theme after each goal and it would make LCA perfect

  10. I love the horn. It has personality now which LCA, a very new building that is mostly just a clean arena, desperately needed. Very good change.
As for the goal song.. i can't see it being used for every goal. I mean what if we are losing 4-0 & get a late goal with 2 minutes left in the third. We are basically trolling ourselves with the song at that point lmao
Lastly, the Hockeytown center ice logo.. timing for that is everything. I don't see it coming out until our first home playoff game to help build hype around the post-season. Almost like the boys gotta earn it
