I said that’s Jeff “Hot Fucking Garbage” Petry and he was this dog shit for the Penguins when he played with them.

Petry sucks. Matheson is far better.
Marino for Ty Smith, frankly, is an embarrassment though. Marino, essentially, anchors the devils defense.
It amazes me that Hextall was able to make those transactions.
Thank GOD Dubas actually knows what he is doing. He cleaned up hextalls mess.
Carter, for the record, only has one season left and, from what I’ve seen in three games, is taking up a spot for one of our younger, presumably quicker, 4th line forward prospects.

Good lord Hughes is a genius/Hextall is a drooling invalid. Dumps old, injured Petry for younger, healthier Matheson, gets him back to dump Hoffman and Pitlick and then swaps him for minor league depth with Detroit.
