If #50 can focus on playing the game and not spend time trying to get in opponents heads, he could be a great goalie. I get that he’s a bit nuts, he’s a goaltender, that’s part of the deal, but he doesn’t need to be the villain. I think he was doing whatever the could to motivate the team, but he needs to focus on playing his game.

I am not surprised. He was solid last year too, but his numbers don’t reflect it because he was let down by the shitty defense

I’ve been saying that we’ve got a damn good goalie, he just didn’t get to shine last year because he kept getting two manned.
So far of the two season games we’ve seen, defense has tightened up in our zone and they’re giving Binner more coverage.
Of course we get to see him shine when he’s not the sole defense.
