(If I was going to answer the question as a snarky caps fan which I can be), congratulations finding out why the caps got rid of him. He's wildly inconsistent. Often plays for 40 minutes then gives up. His head goes down way too fast and off ice antics aren't always the best. But hey…. You enjoy him in Toronto. I'm sure getting on his back even more than the caps fans did will help his mental health and his talent between the pipes.😂😂😂

As a washington fan, I can say that Samsonov is one of the most inconsistant goalies in the league, kinda glad we got rid of him. he's really just hot and cold.
