Carter Hart can't possibly ask for a top-10 goalie salary. Over the last three seasons he's 27th in Save Percent and 27th in GAA. But let's say for sake of argument that he DOES get the 10th highest goalie salary. Right now that's Igor Shesterkin at $5.6M. That's only $1.7M more per season than he's currently making. And the cap increase is coming. There really shouldn't be a salary problem with Hart.
