He sure hate the yotes…. cant blame him…. the ones shown here are both easily justified the first the avs where winning 8 to 3 and Garland was head hunting….. the second MacKinnon just got back from a concussion and facial surgery…. does not show any others where MacKinnon rag dolls a yote around and fights yet another yote….
You can't tell me that Mackinnon tossing Garland's helmet back at him isn't one of the funniest things to happen in hockey

Avs fan here, not gonna lie. He got insaly lucky with the ref slash, bro could've gotten a mean suspension had he not have been protected by the league with the excuse he was aiming a player.
Absolutely a HOF player but a total rageaholic and a stress fiend. Got to get that stuff under control Mac or you are going to stroke out. However, the helmet to Conor Garland is one of my favorites. I can watch Garland get his ass handed to him all day and never get bored.

I'm biased as an Avs fan, but watching guys constantly go after Mac is infuriating. When he does respond then it becomes a big deal. He lets so much stuff go but it's the few times he reacts that make it a big deal.
I’m a Rangers fan but this dude is everything great about the NHL. Better than that bitch Crosby who’s whined his entire career. Malkin too. Ovechkin plays hard and is a force. But he supports Putin so F him too!

Arizona here. Mackinnon gets hot, but usually plays respectfully and hard. He's fine
its funny how badly he wants to win but cant. the avs are going to suck for years to come hahahaha
Avs fan here, love having Nathan here for all these years. All those incredible highlights, one of the best player on earth. Loves his game more than any other player including McDavid. Seeing him fighting opponents for his players and protecting himself makes me respect him even more. There's no player like Nathan, a generational player that can also fight, he doesn't need MacDermid. LOL

Mac is skilled, but acts like an absolute spoiled child if he doesn't get his way.
No offence, but Mackinnon should of been punished for hitting that ref with a slash. It was still a stupid thing to do.
He is just different. I think of the two times Mikko got blindsided right in front of MacK and he immediately went after the offender. No hesitation. You run over my guy and I will defend him even though I am a top 3 player in the league. He has an edge. Colorado fans love that about him.
At least two of these could have been prevented if the refs just called the game instead of being overpaid fans with the best seats in the house..

Mackinnon's lack of sportsmanship is beginning to sink his own team…in the series, he argued with the ref while the other team skated off and scored…As a Habs fan, Mackinnon was quoted as saying Nick Suzuki did not deserve to play in the all-star game…furthermore, he hooked Kayden Guhle and Guhle took a dive. MacKinnon got a penalty but before going off the ice he started a fight with Guhle…not great sportsmanship…I hope someday that some player will put MacKinnon in his place…he's got it coming…
