ESPN projects Slafkovsky to score 55 this season.

As per ESPN:

78 games played, 22 goals and 33 assists for 55 points total, 15:30 ATOI, with 66 PIMs and 153 SOG. (Unrelated but he’s also rostered in 80% of fantasy drafts, compared to Wright’s 10%)

What’re you guys’ thoughts on this? I’d shit a brick if he came even close to 55.

I’m no expert but I think at least 40 is more realistic

55 is more goals than I’m expecting, but heck, why not?

He’s definitely going to be assist heavy I think, his passing is good and if he stays in the top 6 and gets reps on the first line he’s going to have a much better season.

I’d be thrilled if he had that statline

They also had like E Kane, Marchand buried behind him in the fantasy rankings. Also way over placed RHP.

If he plays in the top 6 all year and get PP time, anything less than 45 will be a disappointment

    idk what’s more crazy

    55 points, 78 games, or 153 shots

I saw 146 pts and I thought ESPN finally lost their mind.

that would be a colossal season for Slaf and immediately hasten the rebuild

I would consider that to be a very successful year.

Put me down for 20 both ways.

    I win either way.

TBH I would be very happy should it happen. I would be happy if all he got was 20 goals.

  12. If he end up in the 35-40 range, i’d be happy.

ESPN thinks he’ll score 55 points with only 15:30 TOI… And also -17? Wtf ahaha

The numbers don’t add up. He’s 100% going to be in the positive if he has that kind of monster season.
