Felicidades, sigue preparándote y siendo disciplinado, ya tus esfuerzos y constancia, comienzan a dar sus frutos, estás ya en tu ciclo olímpico y obtendrás tus medallas en los Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe y en los Juegos Panamericanos 2023; más aparte tus competencias a las que asistas. I like Luis but he is a Guatemalan nationalist. Ultimately he identifies with his Central American heritage. Nothing wrong with that at all but it’s why Central and South American migrants are fundamentally not “us”.
I lived about four blocks from the high school in Fairfield, CA, which Luis attended and, of course, ran track and cross country. I used to see him in the afternoons, running through town. I also followed his career at Northern Arizona University. He's been fantastic at every level thus far, so it's not really too surprising that he got 4th. His personal best has been steadily improving, and I hope he breaks 13:00 next year. Congratulations, Luis.

"All" the Men and Women who qualified for the World Championships are tremendous athletes. Some medaled some didnt but It says volumes about their character by the effort they put forth. It takes great courage to perform in front of millions and to face their own moments of truth. Success to all !!!

He did great at this meet! I like the way he took control of his semi-final when he recognized that the slow pace wasn't going to benefit him. Great running and great attitude.
