   Jones will be claimed. The rest should clear.

   Also points to McMann either making the team as the 13th F or will be on IR as he needed waivers too.

   I hope Benoit clears. Once he gets up to speed after missing so much of camp I think he can help when we need to call up D for injuries.

   He’s better than he showed in the pre season

   Bogosian is also on waivers. He makes ALOT more sense as the 7 defense then Benoit.

    I’d really appreciate if Jones clears, I’d rather have him sitting as the 3rd string over having to rush the Hildebeast or Petro to the NHL in the event of injury

    Could someone explain waivers at the start of the season to me? What makes someone have to clear waivers this year when they didn’t play in the NHL last year? I’m thinking of Clifford specifically.

    Zach Bogosian was placed on waivers too, would like to have him back. Too bad they can’t afford him. I enjoyed his one year as a leaf. He along with Martin Jones and Travis Boyd will likely be claimed.

    If Jones is claimed do you guys think they try to sign Brian Elliott or Jaroslov Halak for league min 2 way contract or is that below each of them? Seems they might be leaning more towards retirement.
