Just got my authentic heritage jersey from NHL shop. Noticed this bulging area on the letters. Almost looks like the numbers weren’t flattened enough when sewing, causing it to bubble slightly.
I’d at least send an email to customer service and see if they can send a replacement, the worst they can do is say no

Absolutely- get a full replacement. This is a hack job and needs to be totally replaced. Should never have passed QC.

Black sharpie on your authentic Hughes jersey!? There’s also a bit of creasing on the number! Make sure you bring that up too. 🤡

Did you pay money for it? If you did then 100% you need to raise hell about it. That is completely unacceptable especially for the price point. Good luck.

If you paid a typical price for a legit jersey than yes, absolutely yes… they aren’t cheap and that will eventually cause that number to peel.
