Was there, they were exciting overall against a good team, all I can say (well maybe more if you ask)
More than anything I’m scared for Levi. I don’t want this team defense to turn him into a Carter Hart situation. No doubting his skill level, but it’s like people think he’s going to be Hasek and it just doesn’t feel fair.
Clifton looked like a mess. Out of position constantly. What I was concerned about putting him in the top 4. Hopefully he gets better.
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I don’t want Levi in net at the start of the year. Defense needs to be better before you stick him out there imo
Did NHL.com put shift charts and shot tables behind a paywall or is it just preseason so why bother? Want to find out if Dahlin-Clifton were a pairing for most of the night. Because Rasmus had a WOOF of a game.
Benson somehow always ends up exactly where he needs to be. The kid is ready and I look forward to seeing at least 9 games with him in the lineup
