  1. Better for Wolf to gets some games than sit cold on the sidelines until we figure out out what to do with Vladar.

Pospisil still with the team? Wtf

  3. weschester

It will be really interesting to see what Ciona can do with the Wranglers.

Who is still with the roster that can take that spot on the fourth line? Hunt, Klapka, Pospisil, Schwindt? Am I missing anyone?

Wolf can be sent to and from the Wranglers without needing waivers. This was the right call. I assume Vladar will be traded at some point.

You can probably think of this as 1 cut split into 2, where the waivers exempt guys go down today and they’ll time the waivers placement of other players to have a better chance of everyone going through. Of all bubble players only Schwindt, Klapka and Solo don’t need waivers. I assume these guys have a leg up because they should be in Wranglers camp already if they didn’t have the inside track.

This entire sub: popposil is a plug

Flames management: son of a bitch your in.

I don’t understand why they wouldn’t give him a period atleast in a couple games ffs.

Not much of a meritocracy. Imagine Zary’s going to be frustrated given that this is the second camp he’s looked good only to be sent down anyway.

Kinda obvious and frustrating as to why Wolf was sent down. Never liked the idea of us having 3 guys who were NHL caliber in net, it was obvious who would be sent down. I’m also not one who sees the upside others see in Vladar tbf.

As for Zary, well at some point its make or break. Its his D+4 and not a minute of NHL regular season ice time to his name. I get that you want the guy to get top 9 minutes, but what if the team cannot accommodate that? Just going to continue sitting him in the AHL
