   I think they should go past the paygrade or expectations. If Luke & Nemec don't work, you take them out to mature, it's that brutally simple. Same with PP. If a unit doesn't produce it gets changed. It's too big chance of a season to waste on delayed decisions.

   I’m so happy we got Mercer. He understands what he needs to do and he can keep up with whoever is on the ice.
