    So nobody is mentioning Sawchuk, who looked fantastic, because he's an invite. Sad to see such a talented player be ignored just because he wasn't drafted. Wings need to give credit where it's due and not be too proud to give talent a chance.

    Everyone needs to listen to Scotty and Brian, I got a pair of bird dogs to workout in and it instantly increased my squat and leg press by 250lbs, and after all that sweating I used them as swim shorts and accidentally won a gold medal.     I didn't think they gave Alexandre Doucet a fair shake with ice time. Now I know that they have to give everyone pretty much the same ice time to see who's who, and what's what. So I understand that part of it.
    It just seemed that his shifts were really short. Like playoff short.
    This could be my biased opinion rearing it's ugly head because we share the same last name, with the same spelling, and I'm already chomping at the bit to see him in a Red Wings jersey, so I can go out and buy one and not look like a total narcissistic "A-Hole for getting my last name on my favorite teams jersey.
    The more I think about it though, it just seemed that his shifts were really small, compared to the push some of the others were getting.

    Is it just me, or did anyone else see it this way as well?
