I was reading about tocchet today, dude was actually a star player? 18 seasons, 952 points with a solid ppg, tons and tons of penalty minutes. Really good for a 6th round pick.

The likely Hughes – McWard pairing makes so much sense because McWard is the only player who looks as terminally depressed and sleep-deprived as Quinn does
Hoping to see a good game from Hoglander. I wasn’t feeling him on the top line in training camp but would love to see him prove he belongs there.
very very intrigued to see how the Hughes-McWard pair does. It’s a huge benefit to the team if one of the NCAA guys hits, and McWard probably has the highest upside given that he’s only 22

I live in Edmonton and my god the trash talking of the Canucks is insane on local radio and stuff. They are saying if Calgary can win 10-0 then enter McDavid and the Canucks are going to be insanely embarrassed.

To be honest I’m glad Petey is playing tonight as tonight’s game is televised but tomorrow’s game in Seattle won’t be on TV. I would have been so mad if Petey played tomorrow’s game.
