preseason is becoming more and more worthless just like NFL
Whitecloud being out will be tough as Knights thin at RHD. Hill I said last year would be Starter Kipper 2.0 for Vegas. People doubted me then talking about the Failed Logan Thompson who is only goalie to fail to make Playoffs for Vegas Knights. He catches with the Right hand so I can't name 5 Goalies who won Cup like that. Almost nobody in NHL or Pro Hockey catches with the Right for a reason. I've played Goalie using either hand so I know the flaws. Patera will be Backup starting more games than often injured LT. Team Won Cup so only winning another matters. Avalanche better this year compared to last. I think they are Favorite from West to Win Stanley Cup or least Central. The Lyon King got Florida Panthers into Playoffs over 10M Cap Costing Goalie or 5M Knight. He is AHL goalie not good enough to be NHL Starter. LT too Injury Prone too.
Thompson does not have a history of injuries throughout his career. Last year we hope was an outlier

Thompson will either be 1a or 1b, he was an all-star goalie last year for a reason before getting injured for the rest of the season. Thompson has been injured since Feb 9, that's 7 months since really playing a real game. The important thing is to stay healthy, it doesn't matter if your the Oilers, or the Avalanche if your team is riddled with injuries you will not go far in the playoffs.
