As a long time sth I expect better from a team that’s finally a cup contender after the dark years, we seen more fans sign up as Sth this past season and the organization is an disappointment. Was forced a new rep that has no communication skills “ not that one’s before we’re amazing” but geez after 7 years this is by far the worst. Then the Sth boxes are now shitty post cards, lost its fun in opening a box full of memorabilia. And to top it off they upped the prices on the devils rewards product tremendously.
Not sure if anyone feels the same but had to get this out of my system *not a Karen I swear lol

I am not a sth, but I read the penguins have players deliver them. Seems like a big miss by the devils.
The group that does sth stuff it is the same as the sixers and is a huge step down in quality from the previous group.

Season tickets get you tickets to every game. Thats what you’re paying for. Thats it. Extra stuff comes and goes and is not a reason to buy or not buy season tickets. Sorry, but it’s the truth.
It’s been a gradual step down every year for the past 10 years. This is so cringe from the team.
As a former season ticket holder myself: pay more money for the 5 games you wanna go to on StubHub or Ticket Exchange instead. Seasons really aren’t worth it after a while.

I guess I must be in the minority because IDGAF about shitty pins or lanyards that I’ll never use and am happy to not have a giant box of crap to dispose of this season. Completely agree on comments about the reps being absolutely useless (and that’s something the org should actually address), but do people really value crappy trinkets that much?
